Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your Altar Flame order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email us at hello@altarflame.com to tell us, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you sending proof that you've returned it, whichever is sooner. The refund includes the original delivery charge. You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it's faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover the return and give you a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

How to return: email us first and we'll send you the returns address. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
