Shipping policy

Altar Flame delivers to the UK only. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (3–4 working days from October to December) and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–5 working days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days; please allow up to 9 working days from October to December.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at hello@altarflame.com and we'll put it right.
